Peter Puck was a hockey icon in the 70's. Peter appeared in animated segments on NBC's Hockey Game of the Week and CBC's Hockey Night In Canada explaining rules, equipment, and the history of the sport to kids.
Peter was voiced by comedian and cartoon voice actor Ronnie Schell and was produced by Hannah-Barbera Studios (Yogi Bear, Tom & Jerry, The Flintsones, etc.).
Peter reappeared during the the 2007 NHL Playoffs and can currently be spotted on LeafTV during 1st period intermissions of Toronto Maple Leaf games.
